Ventilation that ensures consistent and uniform air flow. condensate drain at the bottom of the cooking chamber.

PIZZA OVENS

Electric pizza ovens and gas, in refractory brick that ensures excellent heat retention. Door with high thermal containment double glass, light inside of the cooking chamber on both sides.

CHURRASCO

Stainless steel load-bearing structure reinforced with ribbed and multigas burner with safety valve.
Armored heating elements for electric models.
Interior lighting, independent motors for each sword.
Removable stainless steel bowl.
